Food and Beverages will be provided. However, please wear comfortable clothing and shoes, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat for the sun, and any items that will help you feel grounded and settled while we do Somatic trauma healing. This could include a blanket, a small pillow, a journal, or a crystal.
