Co-Regulation and Attachment Healing Work for Couples, or Children and Caregivers Workshop
This workshop focuses on the importance of Co-Regulation and healing attachment wounds in relationships, particularly in the context of couples or children and caregivers. Co-Regulation refers to the ability of our nervous system to regulate in connection with another mammal’s nervous system, which is crucial for healthy relationships and emotional well-being. We will explore the science behind co-regulation and attachment, including the role of oxytocin, also known as the “love hormone,” in deepening bonds and fostering healthy relationships. Clients will learn practical techniques to enhance co-regulation and secure healthy attachment bonds for ourselves and with others. This type of work can benefit couples seeking to heal wounds in their relationship or strengthen their relationship, or caregivers looking to build healthy attachment with children in their care.
