Healing Together:

The Power of Collective Transformation

Collective trauma requires collective healing. At One Soma, we recognize that the wounds we carry are not just individual—they are woven into the fabric of our communities and society. Our mission is to bring together people from diverse backgrounds to find our shared humanity and heal the fragmented parts of our world that create divisiveness, anger, confusion, and suffering.

A Sacred Shift is a holistic retreat designed exclusively for women, offering a unique opportunity to experience profound healing, deep self-discovery, and a nervous system reset in this time-honored sanctuary of transformation. This retreat is be led by Ifé Mora, healer, spiritual teacher, trauma-informed educator, and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner.

SCIENCE OF COLLECTIVE HEALING.jpeg

The Science of Collective Healing

Our biology has always been interconnected with our society and culture, both individually and collectively. When communities experience trauma—whether through historical injustices, systemic oppression, natural disasters, or cultural disruption—the effects ripple through generations, creating patterns of dysregulation that impact entire populations.

Research in trauma neurobiology shows us that healing happens most effectively in relationship with others. Our nervous systems are designed to co-regulate, meaning we naturally attune to and influence each other's emotional and physiological states. This innate capacity for connection becomes our greatest resource for transformation.

Our Integrative Approach

THE MAGIC OF HEALING.jpg

The MAGIC of

Co-Regulation

When we gather in intentional healing spaces, something remarkable happens. Our individual nervous systems begin to harmonize, creating a field of safety and support that amplifies each person's healing capacity. This collective work allows individuals to draw upon the powerful co-regulatory potential we all embody—helping us heal ourselves while simultaneously uplifting others.

In this shared space of healing, we remember that we are not meant to carry our burdens alone. Through the medicine of authentic connection and witnessed vulnerability, we can transform not only our personal trauma but also contribute to the healing of our larger human family.

Creating Ripples of Transformation

As we heal individually within the container of community, we create ripples that extend far beyond ourselves. Regulated nervous systems create safer families, more compassionate workplaces, and more resilient communities. This is how we begin to mend the collective wounds and build the world we long to see—one nervous system, one heart, one healing circle at a time.
